Withdrawals at Dominion Black Casino: How to Cash Out

Before you request a withdrawal

1. Make at least one deposit; Dominion Black opens the withdrawal option only after your first one.
2. Confirm your e-mail address or phone number in your profile.
3. Complete your personal details.
4. On the withdrawal form, enter the amount, your first name and surname, and your bank account number.

The minimum withdrawal is 20 CAD as a working figure; the cashier shows the exact amount when you fill in the request. You can only take out what is actually available: bonus money and stakes held in unfinished or interrupted games stay locked, and winnings count once the casino has confirmed the result of the game.

Plan to verify your identity before your first payout at the latest; our account verification guide lists the documents. Whatever the amount, the casino may also ask for proof of address, a phone confirmation or face recognition before it processes a withdrawal.

One more cost to keep in mind: if your total bets are lower than your original deposit, the casino reserves the right to keep a withdrawal fee of up to 30%. It is an option the casino can use, not an automatic deduction.

How long a payout takes

Once you submit it, a Dominion Black withdrawal request is processed within 48 hours, and the transfer can then take up to 5 business days. Requests are not processed on weekends, so allow for that if you cash out near the end of the week.

If the casino has asked for documents, the request stays pending until every one of them has been checked and approved. Sending clear files early is the simplest way to avoid that wait.

A large request may be paid out in several transactions. The withdrawal form shows how many.

Withdrawal limits

Unless you have agreed a different arrangement with Dominion Black, these are the base limits:

Higher limits apply at senior loyalty levels. The casino can also change the maximum for any payment method at any time without notice, so check the figures in the cashier before planning a large payout.

Where the money can go

Dominion Black sends payouts only to payment accounts held in your name and registered in the same country as your profile. Withdrawals to anyone else are not possible.

Bonuses, cashback and Shop Points

A withdrawal request wipes every bonus you have not finished wagering, along with your cashback, and removes all your Shop Points for good. The form will not go through until you tick a box confirming this.

Tracking or cancelling a request

Follow each request on the History page of your Dominion Black account. When processing is finished, its status changes to Completed.

If a request is cancelled, whether by you or by the casino, the money goes back to your balance and can be played. The casino is not responsible for anything you lose after a cancellation, so decide what to do with those funds before you play on.

Two more rules matter. Once you play with real money, that play counts as used and cannot be refunded or reversed. And money credited by a technical error stays the casino’s property and can be removed at any time; report it to casino support straight away, because withdrawing it turns the amount into a debt.
