Payment methods
Dominion Black’s terms group the ways to pay in into a few types:
- Debit and credit cards
- E-wallets
- Bank transfers
- Other supported methods shown on the casino’s Deposit page
The casino does not take cash or cheques. Availability also depends on where you are, since some methods may not be offered in certain countries; the list in the cashier is the one that applies to you. For the step-by-step process, see our deposit guide.
Each type also comes with a practical point or two:
- Cards: if a card payment fails, the casino suggests checking your bank’s card limits, switching to another card or trying a virtual card.
- Bank transfers: send the exact amount as one payment and put “transfer”, not “casino”, in the reference; the bank returns an amount that does not match.
- E-wallets: keep a screenshot of each transaction, because it is the proof support asks for if a deposit has not arrived within 2 hours; for cards and transfers, that proof is your bank’s payment confirmation.
Currency and conversion
Minimums and limits at Dominion Black are set in Canadian dollars (CAD). You can still deposit in another currency: when it differs from your profile currency, the amount is converted at the current exchange rate, and you pay the conversion and transaction fees.
The casino adds no fee of its own to deposits, but the bank or payment service you use might. Checking your provider’s charges before a first payment avoids surprises.
Two things can look odd at the payment step without meaning anything has gone wrong: your bank may ask for a 3-D Secure code more than once during the same transaction, and the payment may be processed in a currency other than your account currency.
Deposits and withdrawals at a glance
The main Dominion Black figures side by side. Working figures are marked as such, and the cashier always shows the exact amounts for your account.
| Item | Deposits | Withdrawals |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum | 20 CAD (working figure) | 20 CAD (working figure) |
| Maximum | 5,000 CAD per deposit (working figure); each method also has its own limit | 1,000 CAD per 24 hours, 5,000 CAD per 7 days, 15,000 CAD per 30 days |
| Timing | Usually a few seconds; delays of up to 2 hours are possible | Processed within 48 hours; transfer takes up to 5 business days; no processing on weekends |
| Whose money | Your own funds only | Paid only to accounts in your name, in your profile’s country |
Two rules connect the columns. Under anti-money-laundering rules, every deposit has to be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn. And if your total bets stay below your original deposit, the casino may keep a withdrawal fee of up to 30%, a right it can use rather than an automatic charge. Meeting the first rule also keeps you clear of the second.
A 20 CAD deposit is also the lowest that qualifies for the welcome bonus, and with the first bonus, deposits of 40 or 80 CAD bring more free spins. See our bonuses page for how the package works.
From first deposit to first payout
Here is the full Dominion Black cycle in the order you will go through it, from choosing a method to seeing the money arrive.
- Open the cashier, see which payment types it offers in your country and pick one.
- Enter the amount, keep or decline any bonus offer the deposit screen shows, accept the casino’s terms and privacy policy, and then approve the payment when your bank or wallet asks.
- Play through your deposit at least once and finish the wagering on any bonus you kept, because a payout request deletes bonuses that are not fully wagered.
- Get your profile ready by confirming your e-mail address or phone number and filling in your personal details.
- Verify your identity when the casino asks; as a working rule, have it done by the time you request your first payout.
- Send the request from the withdrawal form, which asks for the amount, your full name and your bank account number.
- Track the request on the History page: it is processed within 48 hours, not on weekends, and its status then changes to Completed; the transfer can take up to 5 business days more.
Withdrawals: limits and where payouts go
The withdrawal caps in the table are base limits. They can differ when a separate arrangement has been agreed with Dominion Black, and higher limits apply at senior loyalty levels. The casino can also change the maximum for any payment method at any time without notice, so the figure in the cashier on the day you cash out is the one to go by.
Two more details help with planning. The casino’s interface gives 00:00 GMT+3 as the time withdrawal limits reset, so convert it to your own time zone. A large request can also arrive in parts, and the withdrawal form shows how many transactions it will be split into.
Payouts go only to payment accounts in your own name, opened in the same country as the one in your profile. As a working rule, expect the money to return through the method you deposited with; if the cashier shows other options for your account, those apply. Our withdrawal guide covers the steps, timing and rules in detail.
Security rules for every payment
Paying in at Dominion Black means confirming that the funds belong to you and that you approved the transaction. Raising an improper or fraudulent chargeback gets you blocked for good by both the merchant and the payment provider.
Other people’s money is off limits in both directions. A deposit from a friend, relative, spouse or business partner can cost you your winnings: the casino may cancel them and return the funds to their rightful owner, minus transaction fees. Payouts, in turn, never go to third parties.
Identity checks are explained in our account verification guide, and short answers on banking are collected in the frequently asked questions.
Checklist before your first payout
Before your first Dominion Black withdrawal request, make sure of the following:
- The documents you may be asked for are ready: a passport or driver’s licence that will not expire within six months, a photo of yourself holding it and a statement from your bank dated within the past three months. The account verification guide has the full requirements.
- The payout account is in your own name and registered in the country set in your profile.
- No stakes are left in unfinished or interrupted games, since money held there cannot be withdrawn.
- The amount is at least the minimum the cashier shows, 20 CAD as a working figure, and fits within the limits above.
- Bonuses, cashback and Shop Points are sorted out: a withdrawal request deletes every bonus not yet wagered and your cashback, and clears your Shop Points for good.
- Your timing allows for weekends, when requests are not processed.
If the casino asks for documents, send them early: as a working figure, expect a check to take up to 24 hours, and any file it rejects has to be sent again.
When a payment does not go to plan
Match your Dominion Black payment issue to the next step:
- Deposit not credited after 2 hours: contact casino support by live chat or by e-mail through the casino’s support section, and attach the proof described above.
- A message about the method’s deposit limit: that method has reached its own cap, so try again later or use another one.
- Repeated declines: after several unsuccessful tries the method is blocked for a while, and the message gives the minutes; re-check the details you entered before trying again.
- Withdrawal shown as pending: check whether the casino has asked for documents, since a payout waits until every requested file is approved, and remember that weekends are not processing days.
- Payout cancelled: whoever cancelled it, the funds return to your balance and can be bet again; any losses from that point are yours, so you may prefer to request the payout again.
- An amount you did not expect in your balance: report it to support at once, because funds credited in error still belong to the casino, and withdrawing them leaves you owing that amount.

Questions and answers
Can I pay with cash or a cheque?
No. Neither cash nor cheques are accepted. Use one of the electronic options instead: a debit or credit card, an e-wallet, a bank transfer or another method from the casino’s Deposit page, depending on what is available where you live.
Which card networks and e-wallets are supported?
The casino’s terms describe payment methods only by type, such as cards, e-wallets and bank transfers, without naming brands. To see exactly what you can use, open the cashier: the list there reflects your country, as some methods are not offered everywhere.
Do withdrawal limits rise with loyalty level?
Yes. Higher limits apply at senior loyalty levels. Otherwise the base caps are 1,000 CAD per 24 hours, 5,000 CAD per 7 days and 15,000 CAD per 30 days, unless you have agreed a different arrangement with the casino.
Can I withdraw to a different method from the one I deposited with?
As a working rule, payouts return through the method you deposited with, and they always go to an account in your own name, in the country set in your profile. If the cashier offers other options for your account, those are the ones that apply.
