About this website
This website is a guide to Dominion Black for players in Canada. It does not hold accounts or money, take deposits, pay out winnings or run games, and reading it does not open an account at the casino.
The Log In and Sign Up buttons lead to the casino’s own site. Everything that happens there, from registration to payouts, is governed by the casino’s terms and its privacy policy. How this site and the casino treat your data is explained in our privacy policy.
We summarize the casino’s rules in our own words. If anything here differs from the casino’s current terms, the casino’s version applies. Nothing on this site is legal advice or a promise of winnings.
Who can play
Dominion Black’s terms set a minimum age of 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and keep anyone younger off the site. On this site, the age line for Canada is 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec).
By using the casino you also confirm that you play for your own enjoyment rather than as a business, that you act only for yourself and that you do not live in a restricted jurisdiction. Self-exclusion and safer-play habits are covered on our responsible gaming page.
Your account
- Only one account is allowed per person at Dominion Black, and the same limit applies to each household, IP address and device; shared homes, connections and devices have to be reported to the casino in advance.
- Use your real legal name and give correct, complete and current information.
- Your details can be checked at any point. Once registered they are, as a rule, fixed: a correction needs support’s approval and a genuine error behind it.
- Bots, prohibited software, devices and automated systems are not allowed.
- Treat other players and the casino’s staff with respect.
You accept these rules with a checkbox when you open an account. Identity checks, and the documents they involve, are covered in our account verification guide.
Payments, refunds and bonuses
Only pay in money that is legally yours, through a payment you authorized yourself. Funding from anyone else is banned, whether it comes from friends, family members, a spouse or business associates; if Dominion Black detects it, winnings can be cancelled and the money returned to the person it belongs to, minus transaction fees.
Chargebacks and payment reversals are off the table as well. If a dispute you raise with your bank turns out to be improper or fraudulent, the result is a permanent ban from the merchant as well as the payment provider.
Real-money play counts as a service delivered the moment it happens, so it cannot be refunded, cancelled or reversed afterwards. Funds that reach your balance through a glitch or an error still belong to the casino, which can remove them at any time; tell support immediately, because any such amount you withdraw is treated as your debt.
Declaring and paying any tax on winnings is your responsibility. Bonuses add their own conditions on top of the general terms, and our bonus terms guide explains wagering and the actions that cancel a bonus.
Countries where play is not allowed
Players from these places cannot use Dominion Black:
- Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, St. Maarten and Statia
- Iran, Iraq, Myanmar and North Korea
- the Netherlands and the United Kingdom
- the United States of America, including its territories
The casino may also restrict or refuse players from other jurisdictions at its discretion. Canada is not on the list, but whether online gambling is lawful in your place of residence is yours to confirm. Masking where you are, for example through a VPN or proxy, may get an account suspended or closed and its balance confiscated.
Law, language and changes
Dominion Black’s terms fall under Curaçao law, and disputes about them can be settled only by Curaçao’s courts or arbitration bodies. Where a translation differs from the English text, the English wording takes precedence.
Together with the privacy policy, the cookie rules and additional betting and gaming rules, the terms make up the whole agreement between you and the casino and replace earlier arrangements, except in cases of fraud.
The casino can change its terms at any time. The version published on its site is the current one, and continuing to play counts as accepting it. Neither the terms nor the privacy policy shows a revision date or version number, so re-read them before an important step such as a large deposit.
If you disagree with any part of the casino’s terms, they require you to stop using its site and services straight away.
Questions and answers
What if money lands in my balance by mistake?
Tell support straight away. Under the casino’s terms, funds credited through a technical fault or an error remain the casino’s property and can be taken back at any time. If you withdraw such money before it is reversed, the amount is treated as a debt you owe.
Can I get a refund for money I have already played?
No. The casino treats real-money play as a service used up the moment it happens, so refunds, cancellations and reversals do not apply afterwards. Set a budget before each session, because what you stake cannot be taken back later.
How will I know when the casino changes its terms?
The casino can change its terms at any time, and the version on its site is the one in force; continuing to play counts as accepting it. The documents carry no revision date or version number, so re-read them before any big decision.
Are bots or betting software allowed at the casino?
No. The casino’s terms rule out prohibited software, devices and automated systems, and players also promise to act only for themselves and for personal entertainment. Using a tool that places bets for you would break those terms.
