How old do I have to be to open an account?
At Dominion Black you must be 18 or older, and older still if the age of majority where you live is above 18. You confirm your age at registration, and it is up to you to make sure online play is allowed in your province or country. See the sign-up guide.
Can I hold more than one account?
No. Each person may register only one profile, and duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden; under the loyalty program rules, a breach costs all Comp Points and bonuses. The sign-up guide also explains the household and device limits.
Which documents does verification require?
The list is open-ended, but it names a valid passport or driver’s licence with at least six months before expiry, a selfie holding that document and a bank statement issued in the last three months. See our verification guide.
What happens if my account is locked?
You see a screen headed Access restricted, with buttons to contact support or log out. Ask support why: concealing your location with a VPN or letting another person run your account may lead to suspension, for example. Our guide to logging in and locked accounts lists other causes.

Where can I check my wagering progress?
In your profile at Dominion Black. Welcome bonuses need wagering of 40 times the bonus amount on slots; after that, the bonus money and its winnings are transferred to your main balance, ready to withdraw. Work out the total beforehand with the wagering calculator, or see the bonus terms page.
How long do I have to finish wagering?
Sixty days is the standard limit unless an offer sets a different one, so read each offer’s own terms. Any wagering left undone when the limit passes takes the bonus and its related winnings with it. The welcome bonus guide covers the package in full.
Can I cancel a bonus after accepting it?
Yes. Support can cancel an active bonus for you, which empties the bonus balance; if you cancel in your profile instead, every bonus on the account goes at once. A withdrawal request made before wagering is complete cancels the bonus too. See the bonus terms page.
How do I enter a promo code?
Type it into the Promo code field and press Apply. Codes reach players through the casino’s promotional e-mails, and no working codes are posted publicly on its site. Our guide to entering promo codes explains how a code relates to the bonus rules.
Is there a no deposit bonus?

What is the smallest deposit I can make?

Are deposits free of charge?

How long does a withdrawal take?
