Where promo codes come from
When Dominion Black talks about codes, it points players to its promotional e-mails. No working code is published on the casino’s own site, and this guide does not publish codes of its own, so a code you receive from the casino by e-mail is the one to rely on.
The casino may also send bonus news through other channels, such as text messages, live chat, social media or browser notifications. A promo code, sometimes called a bonus code, is simply the key to one of those offers; the offer itself still comes with conditions.
Promotional e-mails go to the address on your account. If they stop arriving, or if you no longer want the newsletters, the casino support team can help with both through live chat or e-mail in its support section. Bear in mind that opting out may mean missing future codes.
How to enter a code
- Open the e-mail from Dominion Black and copy the code exactly as it appears.
- Sign in to your casino account and find the field labelled Promo code.
- Paste the code into the field and press Apply.
- Open the details of the offer the code relates to and read its conditions before you play.
Copying is safer than retyping, since a stray space or a mistaken character is enough for a code to be refused.
The welcome package is presented at the deposit step, where each of your first four deposits comes with a choice between Keep offer and Decline offer. Our guide to the welcome bonus explains all four parts.
Codes and bonus rules
Entering a code does not take an offer outside the bonus rules. Dominion Black says most of its incentives, whether free spins, cashback, bonus funds or deposit matches, have to be played through before they can be withdrawn. Each offer’s description links to the full Terms and Conditions. Between the two, look for:
- the wagering multiplier, which every bonus description states;
- how wagering is counted: on the bonus amount, not on your deposit;
- which games count: only slots, while playing any live game removes active bonuses;
- any cap on what the bonus lets you cash out, which each offer sets for itself;
- how long you have: 60 days by default, unless the offer names a different period.
If a code’s offer names no multiplier, the default from the general terms applies: 45x for casino bonuses. An offer’s own terms take priority over the general ones, and our bonus terms guide explains each rule in more depth.
If a code does not work
Start with the basics: copy the code again straight from the e-mail, check that no spaces crept in, and make sure you are signed in to the Dominion Black account the e-mail was sent to.
An older code may simply have run out with its promotion. The casino keeps the right to alter, pause or stop its promotions whenever it chooses and without warning, and a code tied to a finished promotion cannot be expected to work.
Codes are meant for genuine play. If the casino detects bonus hunting or other bonus abuse, it can cancel bonuses and winnings, suspend or close the account and withhold related payouts.
If a code still fails, contact support through live chat or e-mail in the casino’s support section, and mention the code and the e-mail it came in. Looking for an offer that needs no deposit? See what is currently available without a deposit.
Questions and answers
Can I find a working promo code on this site?
No. This guide does not publish codes, and the casino lists none on its own site. Codes come in the casino’s promotional e-mails, so your inbox is the place to look. Be cautious with codes posted on other websites, and check any offer’s conditions before you use it.
Is a promo code the same as a bonus code?
In practice, yes: both names describe a code that unlocks an offer. At Dominion Black the field is labelled Promo code, and you submit what you typed with the Apply button. Whatever the code unlocks still follows its own terms and the casino’s general bonus rules.
The casino’s e-mails no longer reach me. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first, then get in touch with support by live chat, or by e-mail through the casino’s support section. Support deals with e-mails that fail to arrive as well as with requests to stop newsletters. Until it is sorted out, you may miss codes sent by e-mail.
Does a bonus from a code expire?
Yes. By default a bonus lasts 60 days, though an offer can set a different period of its own. Wagering left unfinished when that time runs out means the bonus and the winnings connected to it are forfeited, so check the period stated in the offer before you start.
