Is there a Dominion Black Casino app?
Yes, for iPhone. The app is called Dominion Black Slots & Casino and is listed on the App Store: open its App Store page or search for the name in the store. On Android phones and other devices, play in the web browser instead: open the casino, sign in, and the games, the cashier and support are all there.
Download the app only from its App Store listing. A file offered elsewhere as the casino’s app is a risk in itself, so on devices without the app, stick to the casino’s website in your browser and sign in there.
Playing in your phone’s browser
Every game in Dominion Black’s featured selection, the slots shown on the lobby’s home page, is marked as playable on both mobile and desktop. That selection includes Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza and Big Bass Bonanza, among others.
The casino has two language versions, English and French, and accounts for Canadian players run in Canadian dollars. There is no separate mobile account: log in to your account with the e-mail and password you use elsewhere. Each player may hold only one profile, so do not register again on a new device.
If other people use your phone, sign out when you finish and keep your password to yourself. The casino’s safer play advice includes keeping login details away from children and using parental control tools, and handing your account to someone else to bet or manage it may lead to its suspension. Finding games on a small screen
With 1,498 games in the Dominion Black lobby, scrolling is the slow way to find one. These tools narrow the list:
- Find your game, a search box where you type part of a title;
- quick filters for Slots, Live, Arcades, Table and NEW;
- a Providers filter for picking a studio;
- a Categories filter for themes and game types;
- Favourites, a list for the games you come back to.
Slots account for 1,406 of the titles, and the Categories filter draws on 48 themed groups, from Animals and Fruits to Jackpots and Megaways. The slots guide introduces the studios with the most games, and the game library overview covers the other game types.
Deposits, bonuses and support on mobile
Deposits go through Dominion Black’s cashier, just as on a computer, and your balance is kept in Canadian dollars. The deposit guide explains the payment methods, the working minimum and what to do if a payment fails.
The same bonus rules apply on a phone: only slots count toward wagering, which is 40 times the bonus amount on each welcome bonus. The bonuses page sets out the full package.
Opening a live game removes every active bonus. The Live filter sits right after Slots, so check what you tap while a bonus is running.
For help, use live chat or e-mail through the casino’s support section. The chat widget is set to the bottom-right corner of the screen, and our support guide explains what each channel is for.
Questions and answers
Does mobile play need its own account?
No. There is no mobile-only account: you sign in on your phone with the same e-mail address and password you use anywhere else. Each player may hold only one profile, so opening a second one for a new device would break the casino’s rules.
Can I make a deposit from my phone?
Yes. Open the cashier on your phone, pick a payment method and confirm the amount. Your bank may ask for a 3-D Secure code during the payment, sometimes more than once, so keep the device or app that receives those codes within reach.
Where is live chat on a mobile screen?
On the casino’s website, the chat widget is set to the bottom-right corner of the page. Chat is the channel the casino itself recommends, and if you would rather write an e-mail, you can do that through the casino’s support section instead.
Where can I download the Dominion Black app?
On the App Store. Search for Dominion Black Slots & Casino or follow the App Store link on this page; the app is listed for iPhone. On other phones there is nothing to install: open the casino in your web browser and sign in with your usual account.
