When verification is required
Plan on verifying your account before your first withdrawal at the latest. That is the working rule, and the request can come sooner: Dominion Black may ask for extra documents while processing a deposit, and it can block or close a profile if they are not provided.
Checks do not end after the first payout. The casino may verify your identity again on a withdrawal of any amount, and it monitors all transactions under anti-money-laundering rules. While documents are under review, a withdrawal request stays pending.
A withdrawal also requires a confirmed e-mail address or phone number and complete personal details in your profile. Log in to your account and check them early, so a missing field does not hold up your first withdrawal.
Documents you may be asked for
Dominion Black’s list is open-ended, so a request may include something not shown here. These are the documents named in its rules:

The card photo is an extra request that may come from the casino’s finance team. Before a payout, other compliance steps are possible as well, such as proof of address, a phone confirmation or face recognition.
Why a document can be rejected
For bank statements, Dominion Black names specific reasons for refusal. A statement is turned down if:
- it is more than three months old;
- your name or address is missing;
- it shows only one or two transactions;
- any pages are missing.
Image quality matters too: a photocopy, a photo or a screenshot of a statement is rejected as poor quality. Send a PDF or a proper scan instead.
ID documents and selfies fail for the same kind of reason: less than six months of validity left, details that cannot be read, or a selfie in which the document’s information is not clear. On a card photo, keep the CVV covered.

How long the check takes
As a working figure, a Dominion Black document check is usually done within a day, so expect up to 24 hours. It can take longer, so send your files well before you plan to cash out rather than on the day you need the money. A rejected file means sending a new one, which adds time.
Keep your details consistent
Register under your real legal name and keep your details accurate, because Dominion Black can verify them at any time. Personal details generally cannot be changed later; support can approve a change only to correct a genuine error.
Payouts go only to payment accounts in your own name and from the country in your profile, so the documents you send and the payment methods you use should match the account.
Hiding your location with a VPN or proxy, or letting someone else bet or manage the account for you, may lead to immediate suspension or closure, confiscation of balances without notice, reports to financial institutions or regulators and possible legal action.
