What cashback means here
In general, cashback is a partial refund of money you have already played. At Dominion Black it is tied to slots: the casino describes it as returning part of the bets you place on slots with real money, paid back into your casino account.
There is no single published rate. The percentage depends on how much you have spent on slots, the conditions are set for each player individually, and the cashback card in your account shows the terms that apply to you. The system calculates the amount automatically.

How it is calculated
At Dominion Black, only real-money bets on slots feed into cashback. Bets placed with bonus funds are excluded, and so is play on table and live games, because the base covers slots alone.
There is one condition: over the period being counted, your total slot bets must be higher than your total slot winnings. The cashback is then a percentage of the gap between the two. When winnings come out ahead, nothing is credited, and the casino tells you that your winnings exceeded what you spent on slots.
A worked example
The numbers below are illustrative only and do not show Dominion Black’s actual rate. Imagine your cashback card showed 5% for one week of play:

In week 1 the bets beat the winnings by 300 CAD, so 5% of that gap comes back. In week 2 the winnings came out ahead, so no cashback is due. In real play, the rate and conditions on your own cashback card are the ones that count.
Where cashback is credited and when it expires
Accumulated Dominion Black cashback waits for you to collect it, but not forever. The Collect button shows the date by which you need to claim it, and cashback left uncollected after that date can be lost. The deadline is set by the system and may differ from one player to another.
When it is credited, the system decides automatically whether it goes to your real balance or your bonus balance, and the status line shows which one received it. If it lands on the bonus balance, read the bonus terms before you count on withdrawing it.
Cashback and withdrawals
Asking for a payout clears your cashback, and any bonus that is still being wagered goes with it.
Dominion Black’s withdrawal form includes a compulsory box confirming that unwagered bonuses and cashback will be removed, so a request cannot be sent without accepting that. Questions and answers
Does every player get the same cashback rate?
Not necessarily. Rates are not fixed across the board: the percentage moves with your total slot spending, the conditions are personal to your account, and your cashback card shows them. Moving up the loyalty levels also brings the promise of increased cashback.
Do bets on live or table games count toward cashback?
No. Cashback is calculated only from real-money bets on slots, so table and live games add nothing to it. If you are wagering a bonus at the same time, keep in mind that opening a live game also removes every active bonus.
Why was no cashback credited for my play?
Cashback only applies when your real-money slot bets for the period exceed your winnings. If the winnings were higher, nothing is credited and a message explains why. Spins paid for with bonus funds are not counted either, so they cannot create cashback.
How do I know when my cashback expires?
The expiry date is printed on the Collect button itself. It is calculated by the system for your account in particular, so another player’s date may be different. If you leave cashback uncollected past that point, you can lose it.
