Five levels, starting at Bronze
Five levels make up the Dominion Black ladder: Bronze at the bottom, then Silver, Gold, Platinum and finally Diamond. Every new account begins at Bronze, and 65 Comp Points are credited when you sign up, so your balance does not start at zero.

| Level | Loyalty Shop | Shop Points multiplier | After a long break from play |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | Not yet open | Not listed | No downgrade |
| Silver | Opens at this level | Not listed | No downgrade |
| Gold | Open | Not listed | Can drop to Silver |
| Platinum | Open | ×1.3 | Can drop to Gold |
| Diamond | Open | ×1.5 | Can drop to Platinum |
Higher levels bring more. The casino lists VIP support, priority payouts, higher payout limits, increased cashback and exclusive offers among the program’s rewards, and it also mentions free spins, VIP bonuses and the services of a personal account manager. VIP support comes with Diamond and means personal help that is handled ahead of other requests.
To see where you stand, open the Loyalty Program section of your account: it shows your current level, your Comp Point balance and the privileges available to you. Withdrawal limits rise at senior levels too; the base figures are on our withdrawal page, and cashback has a guide of its own.
How Comp Points work
Comp Points, or CP, are the Dominion Black program’s internal rating units. Their job is to set your level, and you cannot exchange them directly for bonuses; purchases in the shop use a separate balance, Shop Points.
You earn CP on every bet you place on slots. Other types of games, such as table or live games, are not part of the program, so play there does nothing for your level. If you mix games, only the slot share of your play moves you up.
Moving up and keeping your level
Each Dominion Black level has a Comp Point threshold, and reaching the next one upgrades you automatically, with nothing to claim. A level is not permanent, though. After a long period without play, Gold can drop to Silver, Platinum to Gold and Diamond to Platinum, while Bronze and Silver are never downgraded.
The casino does not say how long a break has to last before a downgrade, so we cannot give you a figure. Its advice for holding on to a level and its benefits is to keep betting regularly. Keep that in proportion: a loyalty level is never a good reason to play beyond your budget, and our responsible gaming guide has practical tips.
From sign-up to Diamond in practice
There is nothing separate to join: a new Dominion Black account is part of the program from the start. In practice, the climb looks like this:
- Sign up, and your account opens at Bronze, already holding 65 Comp Points.
- Play slots at a pace that fits your budget. Each slot bet adds Comp Points, while table and live games add none.
- Pass the Silver threshold and the upgrade happens by itself. From this point the Loyalty Shop is open to you.
- Reach Gold and the shop shows a different set of items, because every level has its own exclusive range. From here on, a long break from play can cost you a level.
- At Platinum, Shop Points start to arrive at 1.3 times the standard rate.
- Diamond, the top level, pays Shop Points at 1.5 times the standard rate and adds VIP support.
Since we cannot quote the Comp Point threshold for each level, treat the ladder as a direction rather than a target to chase, and let your budget, not the next level, decide how much you play.
The Loyalty Shop
The Loyalty Shop at Dominion Black opens once you reach Silver. There, Shop Points can be traded for free spins, bonuses and exclusive offers. Every item carries its own price in Shop Points and a Buy button, and your Purchase History sorts what you have bought into Active, Done and Expired.
What you can buy depends on your level, because items are tied to specific levels. An item stays locked if your level is too low, and some are kept for lower tiers only, so moving up can also close a few doors. Certain bonuses can be bought again after a waiting time, which the item displays.
One practical consequence: if an item you want is reserved for lower tiers, buy it while your level still allows, since an upgrade will lock it. The program page does not list the items or their prices, so this guide cannot quote them either.
Shop Points: how they are earned and lost
At Dominion Black, Shop Points, or SP, come from slot bets only. A bet made with real money earns them at the full rate, while a bet made with bonus money, such as funds from the welcome bonuses, earns half as many.
Two levels earn faster. Platinum players collect Shop Points at 1.3 times the standard rate and Diamond players at 1.5 times; no multiplier is listed for Bronze, Silver or Gold.
Points do not last. Each credit of Shop Points is removed automatically 30 days after it arrives, even if you have not spent it, and the main page of the shop shows when yours are due to expire.
Asking for a withdrawal permanently deletes your entire Shop Points balance. Spend any points you want to use before you send a request from the cashier.
Comp Points and Shop Points side by side
The two Dominion Black balances are easy to mix up because both grow with slot bets, yet they do different jobs and follow different rules:
| Rule | Comp Points (CP) | Shop Points (SP) |
|---|---|---|
| What they are for | Setting your level | Buying items in the Loyalty Shop |
| How you earn them | Every slot bet | Slot bets: full rate with real money, half with bonus money |
| Level multiplier | Not listed | ×1.3 at Platinum, ×1.5 at Diamond |
| Starting balance | 65 at sign-up | Not listed |
| Swap for bonuses | Not directly | Yes, in the shop from Silver |
| How long they last | No expiry rule listed | Removed 30 days after each credit |
| After a withdrawal request | No rule listed | Whole balance deleted |
In short, Comp Points record how far you have climbed, while Shop Points are a short-lived spending balance. Plan purchases within the 30-day window rather than saving points for later.
Before you request a withdrawal
A withdrawal request at Dominion Black affects more than your cash balance, so a quick check beforehand can save points and rewards:
- Spend the Shop Points you want to use, because the request wipes them, as the note above explains.
- Finish wagering any bonus you hold, including one bought in the shop. Any bonus still short of its wagering target is deleted when you ask for a payout.
- Collect any cashback that is due and see which balance it went to. The request clears cashback, and the Collect button shows the date it would expire anyway.
- Check the limits: 1,000 CAD in any 24 hours, 5,000 CAD in 7 days and 15,000 CAD in 30 days, with higher limits at senior loyalty levels.
- Allow for timing. Requests are processed within 48 hours, the transfer can take up to 5 business days, and requests are not processed on weekends.
Our withdrawal guide covers the request itself, including tracking and cancelling it, and the cashback page explains when cashback expires and where it is credited.
Program rules
- One player, one account: running several Dominion Black accounts is strictly forbidden.
- Bonus hunting, bonus abuse and any attempt to trick the system are banned as well.
- Anyone caught breaking these rules is disqualified and forfeits every Comp Point and bonus.
- The casino can change the program at any time without notice.
Questions about your level, your points or a shop purchase can be sent by live chat or e-mail through the casino’s support section; our support guide covers how to reach the team. Slot bets also score points in tournaments once you join one, with a separate leaderboard and bonus prizes.
Questions and answers
Do bets made with bonus money count in the loyalty program?
They do, but at a lower rate for Shop Points: a bet placed with bonus money earns half of what the same bet with real money would. For Comp Points, the casino simply says they come with every bet you place on slots.
How long can I stop playing before my level drops?
The casino does not publish a period. It only says that a long spell without play can move Gold, Platinum and Diamond players down one level, while Bronze and Silver never drop. Regular betting is its advice for keeping a level, but it is never worth stretching your budget for.
Can my Shop Points expire if I never spend them?
Yes. Any Shop Points still unspent 30 days after they land in your balance are removed automatically, and the main page of the shop shows when yours are due to go. Requesting a withdrawal also wipes the entire balance in one step.
Why can’t I buy an item in the Loyalty Shop?
There are a few possible reasons. The shop opens only at Silver, and each item is tied to certain levels, so it stays locked if your level is too low or if it is meant only for lower tiers. You may also need more Shop Points, or a waiting time may apply before a repeat purchase.
Is there a VIP program at Dominion Black?
The loyalty program fills that role. VIP support is a Diamond benefit, and the casino also mentions VIP bonuses and access to a personal account manager among the program’s rewards. Your current level and the privileges open to you are shown in the Loyalty Program section of your account.
