1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Dominion Black Slots & Casino mobile application. By using the app, you fully agree to these terms.

2. Access to the App

Access to the application is provided exclusively to guests and residents of the Dominion Black resort (Marrakech). Account registration is only possible offline through authorized personnel.

3. Club Balance (CP)

• Club Points (CP) are the internal currency of the loyalty program.
• CP hold no monetary value outside of the Dominion complex.
• The administration reserves the right to adjust balances in the event of technical errors or fraudulent activities.

4. QR Code Usage Rules

The QR code generated in the app is strictly personal. Transferring the QR code or providing app access to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

5. Loyalty Tiers and Bonuses

The tier system and available bonuses are determined by the complex administration. We reserve the right to modify the conditions of the loyalty program without prior notice.

6. Liability

Dominion Black is not responsible for application malfunctions caused by user-side internet connection issues or force majeure circumstances.
